The site notice
Reaching us
One address for everything: care@projects.rip — questions, data requests, counter-statements, and reports that need more room than the form on a grave page offers.
How notice-and-action works here
- The report door. Every public grave page carries one. A complete report names the exact content, the ground it stands on, an address we can answer to, and the good-faith line. Anything less gets “tell us more”, never action.
- The review. A complete report is acknowledged and assessed. Where the report warrants it, the grave is withdrawn behind a pending-review notice — fully dark, exhumation suspended, edits locked, nothing deleted.
- The owner is heard. The owner of anything restricted receives a statement of reasons and the reply door: a counter-statement to care@projects.rip within 14 days, assessed with the review. (One exception: where the law requires reporting to authorities and forbids tipping off, the owner is not notified.)
- The outcome. A review that clears restores the grave as it stood; one that sustains keeps the restriction with reasons. Everything — the report, the acts, the notices — is recorded.
